Design & Multimedia for European Summits.
Visual communication at the heart of European decision-making. I designed and produced infographics, multilingual publications, video content, photography and event materials for the Council of the EU, working to the highest institutional standards across 24 official languages in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment.

Infographic Design & Data Visualisation
I designed infographic systems transforming complex policy data and key institutional messages into clear, engaging visuals. In a setting where precision and credibility are paramount, every graphic element was crafted to serve meaning, foster engagement and strengthen trust with diverse audiences across Europe.

Multilingual Design & Accessibility
I adapted infographics, web stories and publications into all 24 official EU languages, a process that goes far beyond translation. Each design was built for accessibility from the start: ensuring that layouts, typography and visual hierarchy remain functional, clear and inclusive regardless of language, script length or cultural context. This experience gave me a deep understanding of designing scalable, localisation-ready assets for international institutions.
Event Design & Summit Communication
I collaborated on a wide range of creative projects for European Summits and key institutional events. From printed materials and signage to video content and behind-the-scenes productions, I contributed to crafting a coherent visual identity in a highly demanding, multi-stakeholder environment. It was an experience that sharpened both my creative skills and my strategic communication approach.

Photography & Video Production
I documented high-level meetings through photography, capturing both official and informal behind-the-scenes moments during the European Council to convey the human dimension of diplomacy. I produced a behind-the-scenes video in collaboration with the audiovisual team, blending storytelling, discretion and visual rhythm to reflect the energy and complexity of EU summits.
Exhibition Design & Visual Identity
I led the visual revamp of a VIP exhibition space within the Council, creating a clean and cohesive design system that elevated the visitor experience while respecting institutional tone and protocol. I developed the graphic framework and built the entire project in Canva, deliberately choosing an accessible tool so that the team could make ongoing updates autonomously without design support. The result was a polished, professional exhibition environment paired with a sustainable production workflow, design that serves both the audience and the organisation long after handover.

Editorial Design & Internal Communication
I redesigned the Guide for Trainees, a key onboarding document for new arrivals at the Council. I restructured the layout for visual clarity and practical usability, updated editorial content, selected imagery aligned with institutional tone, and reformatted the entire guide using easily editable tools — enabling the team to make quick future updates without technical barriers. A concrete example of designing for both the end user and the team that maintains the asset.
