Strategic contents. Visual communication at the heart of European Institutions.
Working within the environment of a major European institution dedicated to diplomacy and policy-making, I contributed to creative services supporting communication at the highest level. In this context, visual clarity, consistency, and accessibility are not just design concerns — they are essential tools for understanding, transparency, and connection across cultures and languages.

Infographics
I worked extensively on infographics, transforming complex data and key messages into clear and visually engaging visuals. In an institutional setting where precision and clarity are paramount, every visual element must serve meaning, foster engagement, and strengthen trust with diverse audiences.

Accessibility
One of the most valuable aspects of my work was adapting graphic content into 24 languages — infographics, web stories, and publications. Beyond the technical challenge, this meant designing with accessibility in mind: making sure that design elements remain functional, universal, and inclusive, no matter the language or cultural background of the viewer.
Creative Projects
Finally, I collaborated on a wide range of creative projects for European Summits and key institutional events. From printed materials and signage to video content and behind-the-scenes productions, I contributed to crafting a coherent visual identity in a highly demanding, multi-stakeholder environment — an experience that sharpened both my creative skills and my strategic communication approach.

Photography
In parallel with graphic and strategic design work, I documented key moments during high-level meetings through photography. This included shooting official and informal behind-the-scenes photos during the European Council, helping to convey the human dimension of diplomacy. I also produced a behind-the-scenes video in close collaboration with the audiovisual team — blending storytelling, discretion, and visual rhythm to reflect the energy and complexity of EU summits.
Editorial Design
As part of my commitment to internal communication and user-centred design, I redesigned the layout and structure of the Guide for Trainees, a key onboarding document for new arrivals. My goal was to ensure visual clarity and practical usability: I updated editorial content to reflect current information, selected imagery to align with institutional tone, and reformatted the entire guide using easily editable tools, enabling the team to make quick future updates without technical barriers.
